O.A.S.I.S.
Program Definitions

As a program user, you are taking
advantage of our expert repair services while having immediate
access to the status of all your repairs via our on-line, web-based
tracking system. This tracking system is called O.A.S.I.S. (Online
Access System to Immediate Status).

We offer the following choices in O.A.S.I.S. Programs:

"AI" and "Customer" Off-Site O.A.S.I.S. Programs


“AI” OFF-SITE PROGRAM
American Industrial Asset Management Program

This program allows you to send your repairs to American Industrial in the traditional way. However, by choosing to sign up as a program user you are given on-line web-based access to our O.A.S.I.S. software, which will provide you all the benefits of tracking, reporting, cost savings, etc. We actually input all the data at American Industrial at the time we receive the item and while the repair is being processed. There may be fees associated with this program, depending on your repair volume.

“CUSTOMER” OFF-SITE PROGRAM
(O.A.S.I.S. Remote Screen Access format)
Customer Asset Management Program

This program provides you with the advantages of the O.A.S.I.S program on items that you send to vendors other than American Industrial. This off-site program is initiated from your facility. Requirements include a remote screen software setup and an employee of yours to input the necessary data. For a small fee per item and an additional fee for training, you can store and retrieve information relative to any equipment in your plant.
