We support our customer base with complementary phone support to help them troubleshoot their equipment failures. One example is a customer contacted us about error codes in their robotic controls. We researched the codes and helped them locate an issue with the fiber optic cable. Then, we sent them a reference document so their team can troubleshoot in the future to help eliminate premature failures from this cause.
